The DRILL NORTH  rigs are supported by the extensive workshop in Malanda, where regular maintenance is carried out.  Re- designing and improving rigs has been Mike’s specialty for many years as a manufacturer, so now that our path has diverged to drilling, the company is benefiting from this prior experience. The DRILL NORTH  personnel consisting of drillers, offsiders, field coordinator and safety officer, workshop tradesmen and apprentices, and office administration staff have largely been trained by Mike.  All are self-motivated ‘go-ahead’ people who enjoy the challenges of working within a creative team to supply a drilling service unbeatable in the far north!
